Delete from the app
If you can sign in, open My Vehicle Diary → More → Settings → Delete Account Permanently. Review the warning and confirm the deletion. This is the quickest option.
Request deletion without app access
Complete the form below. When you submit it, your email app will open with the request details. Send the email from the address associated with your My Vehicle Diary account so we can verify ownership.
What will be deleted
Deletion includes your sign-in account and associated active data, including profile information, vehicles, fuel entries, service visits and work items, reminders, renewals, documents, and uploaded files.
What may be retained
Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until routine expiry. Shared directory entries, such as a city, workshop, or fuel station contributed to improve searchable options, may remain only after their association with your account has been removed. We may retain records when required by law.
Timing and verification
We may contact the email address associated with the account to verify ownership. Verified requests are normally completed within 7 days and no later than 30 days. You will receive confirmation when the request is completed.
